Conditions of Delivery

Products you ordered from our site are prepared and delivered by us for orders to Istanbul. Deliveries to other cities are done by florists we have special agreements with or by florists that are member of interFlora.

Delivery of all products according to the standarts (in terms of product quality and delivery conditions) is guaranteed and controlled by us.

Delivery Hours

Orders from our site are delivered between 9:00 – 21:00 (local Turkey time: GMT+02:00) seven days a week (including Sunday and Holiday days). Extra price can be demanded at the ordering phase for orders to be delivered other than these hours.

Products ordered before 17:00 (GMT+02:00) are delivered on the same day. Products ordered after that hour may be postponed to the folowing day.

Products which are ordered for activities such as weddings, ceremonies, openings, funeral and that are wished to be delivered to the receiver adress at a certain time, should be ordered at least 5 hours before delivery time.

On special occasions such as St. Valentines Day, Mothers Day, when flower orders are very dense, on time delivery guarantee is not given. On these days, the 17:00 (GMT+02:00) time stated above for “Delivery On the Same Day” can be taken at an earlier hour.

You can demand that your order be delivered to the receiver not immediately but at a later date or hour.

You state your choice on the delivery date and hour when ordering. While ordering, you will see on the screen, the earliest possible delivery day and hour valid at that moment.

When there appears a problem about the delivery hour of an order you will be informed by phone.

Shipping & Delivery Price

Shipping & Delivery price, concerning deliveries to adresses within municipiality boundries in Turkey is included in the price. For deliveries to adresses within the city boundries (municipiality boundries) you will not pay extra price.

For adresses outside the city (municipality) boundries, shipping price will be added to your order. When your order is received, the adress will be examined and if it is outside the city boundries, you will be informed about the determined shipping price by phone and will be asked for your consent. (You are definately asked for consent for payments you will make from our site.)

Delivery of the Flower to the Receiver

Your order is delivered to the receiver in person.

But if the receiver could not be found in the adress or the order cannot be delivered to the receiver, it is delivered to the neighbour of the receiver for houses, and for offices to the information or security office or to officers. If these are not possible, the receiver is called by phone and the product is delivered by getting an appointment.

At some hospitals, military buildings and offices, fresh flowers are not allowed to some rooms or floors according to building or institution regulations. In such cases, your order is delivered to the relevant officers.

The Content of the Order

When you order, the flower you have seen in the picture is delivered to the receiver. But if according to seasonal reasons, the same flower in the terms of colour, kind and arrangement cannot be supplied, a similar product in same quality and value can be sent.

If the flower in the picture or its resembling with very small differences cannot be delivered for your order, a very different product is not sent; you are informed by phone and asked for your opinion. If you accept another product, in same quality and value offered to you by our flower specialist, that product is delivered or according to your wish your order is cancelled.

Warranty Conditions

For all flowers ordered from our site, freshness and quality is guaranteed. For all orders delivered directly by us or by florists working under agreement, our principle is quality and freshness and we strictly check this. Products that are below the standard quality are changed with new ones.

Changes of the Delivery Date

You can change the delivery time and hour, if your order is not ready yet. An extra price is NOT demanded from you. Please inform us about the delivery date changes by phone.

Address Changes

If your order is not set out (even it is prepared), you can change the adress. An extra price is NOT demanded from you for adress changes. Please inform us about adress changes by phone.

Cancelling an Order

If your order is not already prepared, you can cancel your order. In that case, no price is collected from your credit card and you do not need to pay under any name. Please inform us about order cancellations by phone.

Liability

The liability of FloraTurk, of companies that provide logistical support to FloraTurk and of contractual florists for all the processes about orders, revenues and delivery is equivalent to the value of the ordered flower.
